GALILEO resources...

The Howard School pays for a school-wide subscription for teacher and student access to GALILEO. If you are not familiar with this resource, I suggest you take a look! There is an endless amount of information on just about every topic you can think of :-)

Current Password - clock

If you are logging in on campus, you DO NOT have to enter the password. If you are outside the school network you must enter the password. It changes quarterly, the current password will also be listed on this blog post for your reference.

Age Appropriate Views -

Each view provides an appropriate search environment depending on the age of the student.

Looking to access Professional learning Journals and Articles using our school GALILEO account? You can by following the directions below...

1. Go to GALILEO Scholar by clicking on the "GALILEO Scholar" tab at the bottom of the page.
2. Click on the subject "Education" on the "Browse by Subject" page and then the sub-topic "Education."
3. Then click on the "Journals and Magazines" sub-tab and you will see a link that reads "View all journals in Education and Careers."

This will give you a list of all the journals on this topic. You can follow these steps for any subject you are interested in finding journals for.
